This is an offering akin to a guided meditation.
Whether your relationships, physical health, or repetitive life experiences have served as catalysts for you to spearhead your own healing journey. You set an intention for the time, whether for you individually, a larger group, a relationship with an animal or loved one, and we allow your system to guide which layers in the field want most attention while I invite sound and movement to guide you deeper into your experience.
